Founded by Dan Reed in 1987 and incorporated in 1990.  R&R Tool, Inc. began in a one-room garage at his home and grew through hard work, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Today, R&R Tool, Inc. combines precision machining, engineering, tooling, and quality-driven manufacturing to support customers from prototype development through full-scale production.

Our Tool Room designs and builds custom workholding solutions that improve efficiency, reduce setup time, and ensure repeatable results. Tooling is carefully selected, materials are certified, processes are validated, and every dimension is thoroughly inspected to meet customer requirements.

Our capabilities extend beyond traditional machining and include Citric A967 passivation, laser marking, annealing, and other value-added services that help streamline production and reduce supplier complexity.
