Our CNC milling department includes both horizontal and vertical machining centers capable of producing complex, high-precision components. From prototype work to production runs, our equipment and processes are designed for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency.

Our CNC turning department includes a range of equipment with and without bar-feeding capabilities, supporting efficient production of precision components across a variety of sizes and materials.

Our engineering team works closely with customers and manufacturing personnel to optimize designs, improve manufacturability, and solve complex production challenges. Using NX and SolidWorks, we support projects from concept through production.

Our CNC Swiss machines are designed for the efficient production of small, complex, high-precision components. This technology delivers excellent accuracy, repeatability, and productivity for demanding applications.

Our Tool & Die department supports production through custom tooling, fixtures, workholding, and repair services. Combining skilled craftsmen, engineering expertise, and precision machining, we develop solutions that improve efficiency, repeatability, and production performance.

Our finishing department provides a variety of secondary operations to meet customer specifications and improve part performance. Services include deburring, polishing, cleaning, vibratory finishing, ultrasonic cleaning, and passivation, helping ensure components are production-ready and delivered to specification.

Our laser marking capabilities provide permanent, high-precision identification for components, including serial numbers, logos, part numbers, traceability markings, and customer-specific information. Laser marking delivers durable, repeatable results without affecting part performance.

Our CNC Laser Swiss technology combines Swiss turning and laser processing in a single platform, enabling the production of highly complex components with exceptional precision and efficiency.

Our CNC mill-turn technology combines milling and turning operations in a single setup, reducing handling, improving accuracy, and increasing production efficiency.

Our Wire EDM capabilities enable the production of intricate geometries, tight tolerances, and precision features that are difficult to achieve through conventional machining methods.

Punch press operations provide a cost-effective solution for producing repeatable components with speed, accuracy, and reliability.

Quality is built into every stage of our manufacturing process. Our Quality Assurance department utilizes advanced inspection equipment, including vision systems and a CMM located in a temperature-controlled environment, to verify accuracy, maintain consistency, and ensure customer requirements are met.

R&R Tool provides ASTM A967 citric passivation to improve corrosion resistance and support demanding applications, including medical and precision manufacturing environments. This process removes free iron from the surface of stainless steel components while maintaining material integrity.
